AGB's Seminars and Workshops

Booking of a seminar or workshop:
Registrations for an online seminar or workshop can be made by email, by phone or through the website.
 
Online Seminars:
After successful registration with disclosure of contact information, the customer will receive an email with all information. As soon as the invoice amount is credited to my account, the online course will be activated. With liquidation of Seifensiederei the possibility to download online courses expires.
 
Presence seminars:
After successful registration with disclosure of contact details, the customer receives an e-mail with all information about the workshop and a place is firmly booked. The invoice amount can be paid in advance with an invoice or on site.


Cancellation of workshops

Cancellation up to 8 weekdays before the workshop date is possible free of charge. Please inform me via mail: freyberger@seifensieder.at.
 From 7 days before the course date 50% of the course costs have to be paid.
 In case of a later cancellation, 70 % of the course fee will be charged or you can announce a substitute participant. 
In case of no-show, you will be charged the full course fee.
 In special exceptional cases, a cancellation fee can be waived after consultation.


 

AGB's Seminars and Workshops
Cancellation of seminars and workshops:
In case of cancellation due to serious reasons, such as illness/accident of the course leader, the course fees will be refunded. If the workshop is cancelled due to insufficient registrations, the course fees will also be refunded.
 
Changes/cancellation of workshops
In case of not reaching the minimum number of participants, illness of the course leader Barbara Freyberger and unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure, reserves Seifensiederei, Barbara Freyberger changes / cancellation of course dates. Claims for compensation due to the above changes / cancellations can not be made.


Vouchers

You can either request vouchers by mail freyberger@seifensieder.at or buy them directly. After purchase, the voucher is available for you to download.

Usage: The voucher can only be used once and is only valid for this specific online course. You will receive the password for the specific online course in a separate email. Please include the order number (five-digit number).
Please send me the e-mail to: freyberger@seifensieder.at. I will do my best to answer as soon as possible.
 
A cash redemption of the voucher is not possible.
 


 

Risk & Liability

Barbara Freyberger assumes no liability for accidents during a training. Participation in seminars and workshops is at your own risk.
All contents of the seminars are carefully checked by me. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected. I do not guarantee the completeness and correctness of the contents.
